Norway, in search of trolls

Norway, a country with a harsh climate and extremely beautiful nature, attracts at first glance as is a place you want to come back to every year.

We invite you to visit this unique land together with Raido.
By joining the trip you’d be able to admire flushing waterfalls and majestic fjords, crystal clear rivers and lakes, fabulous forests and endless national parks, blue glaciers and steep mountains, and much more.

• We will see the famous fjords of Lysefjord, Hardangerfjord, Aurlandsfjord, Sognefjord and the most famous Geiranger as well as cross them by internal ferries.

• We will visit Preikestolen, make lots of great shots of Kjeragbolten and Trolltunga, Manafossen, Latefossen, and Twindefossen waterfalls and many others. At this time of the year, a large amount of snow melts, causing the streamflow of waterfalls to increase.

• We will also discover the Hudedalen waterfall valley in the national park of Hardangervidda and the wildlife there.

• We will see the Bøyabreen and Tuftebreen glaciers and come close to Nigardsbreen and Fobergstolsbreen glaciers to feeling their cold breath.

• We will ride along the national tourist routes of Ryfylke, Trollstigen and Hardanger, as well as routes of eagles and trolls.

In addition, the trip includes seeing the old wooden church built in 1275 in Røldal, the famous Stegastein viewpoint overlooking Aurlandsfjord, the 24.5 km long Lærdal tunnel, Trollstigen and Trollveggen.

Day 1.

Early departure from Lviv (5:00 am), purchase of products in Poland for the whole trip. Night stay in Gdansk at a hotel.

Day 2. Ferry to Sweden.

Transfer to Gdynia for a ferry to Sweden. The ferry travel time is 10 hours, but the vessel is full of shops, restaurants, a cinema, a spa salon and a sauna. Transfer to the camping upon arrival to Sweden. Night stay in tents in the camping.

Day 3.

Day on the road to Norway with stops in Sweden. Night stay in tents.

Day 4. Kjeragbolten - Manafossen waterfall - river Mann.

Visit to Kjeragbolten and a viewpoint overlooking Lysefjord, after which we will head to Manafossen waterfall, pass a track along the course of the river Mann and see the true beauty and power of the water element.

Night stay in tents in the valley near the river Mann.

Day 5. Preikestolen.

Return to the minibus, breakfast, and ride to Preikestolen. An unforgettable view of the Lysefjord, and climb to the Preikestolen viewpoint.

Night stay in tents.

Day 6. National tourist route of Ryfylke - Latefossen waterfall - Trolltunga.

National tourist route of Ryfylke, wooden church built in 1275 in Røldal, Latefossen waterfall, and in the case of good weather, Trolltunga at night.

Night stay in tents on the route.

Day 7. Hudedalen valley.

Return to the car from Trolltunga, following the track to Hudedalen valley in the Hardangervidda National Park, observing more beautiful waterfalls.

Night stay in tents.

Day 8. Tvindefossen waterfall - Stegastein - Aurlandsfjord - Lærdal tunnel -

Tvindefossen waterfall, an observation deck near Stalheim Hotel, and a track to Nåli in the morning, then one of the most beautiful observation grounds in Norway – Stegastein – overlooking Aurlandsfjord (also called the Norwegian Grand Canyon), passing through the 24.5 km long Lærdal tunnel and stopping at one of its 3 parking lots.

Night stay in tents.

Day 9. Jostedalsbreen National Park - glacier Tuftebreen and Nigardsbreen.

Jostedalsbreen National Park awaits us. Two tracks - to the glacier Tuftebreen and then to Nigardsbreen, approaching the glaciers so close that you can feel their cold breath. Night stay in the tents.

Day 10. Fobergstolsbreen glacier - Bøyabreen glacier

2nd day in Jostedalsbreen, hike to Fobergstolsbreen glacier, travelling further to Bøyabreen glacier. Night stay in tents.

Day 11. Geirangerfjord - Trollstigen - Trollveggen.

Beautiful observation decks and Geirangerfjord, ride along the road of eagles and trolls, the beauty of the Trollstigen tourist route, Trollstigen and Trollveggen. Night stay in tents.

Day 12. Karlskrona.

Time to say goodbye to Norway, but we will certainly come back here again. Road to Karlskrona. Night stay in a camping in a tent.

Day 13. Ferry to Poland.

Ferry from Karlskrona to Gdynia. Night stay at a hotel in Torun.

Day 14.

Road to Lviv. Estimated time of arrival is 8:00 pm.

The price includes:

• Transportation costs throughout the entire route, travel by minibus from Lviv;


• Tickets for all domestic ferries through the fjords;


• Ticket for ferry across the Baltic Sea both ways;


• Two nights in a hotel in Poland, 5 nights in a camping in a tent, the other nights outdoors in a tent;


• The burner and gas, as well as the use of common kitchen equipment. We will cook all meals collectively, your participation is expected

The price doesn’t include:

• Meals (about 50 euros per person for the whole trip, personal meals are possible if desired);


• Visa fees for those who do not have a biometric passport or those who need it;


• Shower in campsites, as well as the use of washing and drying machines; Estimated prices (shower 4-5 minutes = 10 kroons, this is just over 1 euro, use of a washing and drying machine 30-50 kroons each, 1 euro is approximately 9 kroons
