About the trip
What could be better than a week in Provence?
See the blue fields of blooming lavender, taste the rose wine from Côtes de Provence or the red Chateau de Berne.
Or maybe just walk along the quiet, pleasant streets of Arles or Roussillon, visit the Cistercian abbey of Senanque and definitely take a few photos in one of the most beautiful villages of France, Les Baux-de-Provence.
We invite you to spend a week with us.
The program
Day 1
Early departure at 5 am from Lviv. Overnight in the hotel in Germany or Czech Republic.
Day 2
Departure at 8 am. In the evening we are settling in the hotel in France.
Day 3
All day in Avignon, a city with a rich history.
In the evening we are settling in Provence in a private villa or apartment.
All 8 nights we live in one place and take day trips to different places.
Day 4
Today we will visit Les Baux-de-Provence, L’Il-sur-la-Sorgue, Gordes, Senister Cistercian Abbey Le Baux-de-Provence is one of the most beautiful villages in Provence, it is included in the Association of the most beautiful villages of France. Here are the remains of the castle of Baux. Le Baux de Provence is one of the most visited attractions in Provence.
Day 5
A day in Arles, a city with an ancient history.
Day 6
Lourmarin, natural park Luberon, Menerb, Roussillon.
Roussillon is an old Provence village located on a cliff with a magnificent landscape.
Ménerbes - the walls of the city to the south offer panoramic views of the hills, and to the north - the vineyards of Provence.
But still, perhaps the most picturesque village of Provence is Lourmarin, a quiet peaceful place surrounded by endless vineyards and olive trees. All these villages are included in the Association of the most beautiful villages of France
Day 7
Today we will visit to Carpentras, Chateauneuf du Pape, Tavel.
Day 8
Day trip to Drome Valley
Day 9
Day in Marseille.
Day 10
On the way home, overnight in the hotel in Germany or Czech Republic.
Day 11
On the road to Lviv.
Due to weather conditions and the movement pace of the group on the route, minor changes to the program are possible.
Included
The price includes:
- Transportation costs throughout the entire route, travel by minibus from Lviv;
- Transit hotels in Germany, days 1,2 and 10;
- Accommodation in a villa or apartment in Provence for 7 nights (day 3-9);
The price doesn’t include:
- Meals (about 50 euros per person for the whole trip, personal meals are possible if desired);
- Souvenirs, optional excursions and entrance tickets not included in the program;
- Visa fees for those who do not have a biometric passport or those who need it;
- Travel Insurance
